We are a FULL SERVICE EVENT PRODUCTION COMPANY
We offer complete event design for all types of events. We plan, coordinate, decorate, create floral designs, deliver your rentals, set up your decor and give you hugs on your special day.
Essentially we are a decor specialist, rental company and wedding planner. Or any combination of the above that you need.
We make your special day "memorable" and make your guests talk about how gorgeous everything looks. We thrive on your positive comments and tears of joy. That's why we do it....

Our Beginnings
Our business is a combination of many life experiences that has brought together the skills required to make a successful, customer oriented company
Carolyn Keeling, our owner attended Georgian College for a 3 year Hospitality course where the textbooks taught alot about how the business side works. Deciding that event planning and execution were her strengths, she did work placements at several golf clubs specializing in event management.
Who knew that a farm girl from Desboro, ON would be offered a placement at one of Canada's oldest and most prestigious golf courses her first year of school. What a culture shock. White glove service, polished silver, an anal english food and beverage manager who measured the distance of cutlery spacing on tables and quarter million dollar weddings! Here her perfectionist ideals took flight.
After returning to school for another semester, golf clubs came knocking for her to work for them. Clublink was opening a new corporate course for big charity golf events and needed someone to execute these. Carolyn was on board. Open a new clubhouse, staff it and do events for 200-900 everyday, not much to ask. Great organizational skills prevailed and tons of information on how to make events successful
The country called her home. Enough was enough of the big city.
Moved back home to Desboro, and put out some resumes. No one called back
So Memorable Designs was born. It all began with a few great friends and family who believed that Carolyn could definitely help them out with their wedding needs......then more and more people heard about what she could do. The rest is history, the future is bright

That's me! I coordinate and develop all the creative, unique ideas and logistics. I challenge the rules on what a wedding should be. The only rule is make it your own and the best event possible
